a couple of friends of mine decided as a part of their accountability time that they would share things that happen throughout the week that “rob them of their joy”. they record them on their phones and play them back for each other. they soon discovered that mid-recording their joy was restored through the ridiculousness of the act. it is pretty hilarious. this made me start thinking of the things i let rob my joy during the day. as time here at the learning center is winding down it is hard to remain positive and enjoy my remaining time here. so, instead of sharing what robbed my joy today i want to share what has increased it in the last 2 months.
